Lowongan Customer Account Officer di PT Asian Paints Indonesia

Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma's degree from any major
2. Have 4-5 Work Experience in same roles
3. Advance in Microsoft Excel
4. Based in Bekasi and willing to collaborate on-site.

Responsibilies :

1. Ensuring and verify all new outlet opening document is align with company policy.  
2. Perform calculations for every material return proposal from customer and all administration process related with the material return.
3. Responsible for tracking Overdue customer, analysing and do regular follow up to the customers/sales team.
4. Create and Maintain master data (including legal documents) relating to all customers including documentation.
5. Complete a whole calculation and reporting relating to ordering, invoices and collections from all customers.
6. Completing calculations and reporting the order, invoices, and collections from all customers.
7. Coordinate with Finance team to follow up the collections from customers/sales team and clearing of open items in customers accounts.
8. Receive sales orders from sales/customers
9. Create the Commercial invoices and sending it to the customers
10. Responsible for increasing DN/CN/s in customer accounts and ensuring complete documentation systems (including Fraktur Pajak)
11. Prepare various types of MIS reports periodically and report it to management
12. Making sure the customer balance and reconcile it if there are differences on mpnthly/periodic basis
13. Help to solve problems/issues faced by customers related to accounting
14. Filling the documents, organize the recording system and prepare daily transaction reports.
