As Sales Manager you have revenue responsibility. Leading a diverse team of dynamic and highly-motivated employees, it is absolutely key that you have a hands-on, lead from the front approach to sales management as well as having the ability to grow and develop people for different roles
Reporting into the GM Sales & Marketing , you will be responsible for developing key relationships as well as strategically growing the business in line with the companys objectives and targets. Partnerships are a very important aspect to ensure the continued success and growth of the business, hence, you will be working closely with telekomunication service provider, alliance partners, outlet and end-users.
This position will be based in South Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of a long-term business plan, providing input to adjust the business plan over time and fine tuning the targets for the team
- Responsible for implementing the business plan and manage plans as well in order to secure both short and long term revenue
- Building and managing channels, alliance partners and end user relationships.
- Setting target to sales and monitoring sales activities Growing, managing and developing sales team.
- Responsible for creating a positive and open feedback culture in the team
- Conduct monthly sales reviews with sales team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in any major
- At least 5 years of work experience, with 4 years in distribution sales management
- At least has experience in people management, with a solid track record as a good leader with personal values
- Have a proven sales track record from either the telecomunication both distributor, B2B or modern channel industry
- Experience in strategic planning as well as managing sales operation and setting KPIs to achieve sales targets
- High proficiency in English and Bahasa.
- Effective public speaking and communication skills
- Know the telecomunication market very well with the mindset of high growth expansion
- Good strategic agility to foresee growth opportunities
- Ability to build credible relationships with diverse audiences
- Strong orientation towards development of people
- Must be motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
