Job Requirment

  1. Pendidikan minimal Sarjana S1 Ekonomi – jurusan Management / Akunting
  2. Minimal IPK = 3.00 (skala 4)
  3. Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun.
  4. Mempunyai kemampuan yang kuat dan detail di bidang bisnis analisis, operational, costing, finance, budgeting/forecasting, serta reporting/presentation.
  5. Mempunyai karakter yang baik, proactive, penuh inisiatif, dan komunikatif.
  6. Mampu bekerja sama dengan baik dengan seluruh Team dan Stakeholder lainnya.
  7. Bisa berbahasa Inggris dan membuat laporan yang proper dalam Bahasa Inggris.

Job Description

Personal Assistant to Board of Directors will directly report to Board of Directors.

He/She will be responsible to assist BoD’s day-to-day activities in reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing the company business operations as well as preparing all reports, MoM, meeting schedule, and other activities as instructed by BoD.

Personal Assistant to Board of Directors shall have the best knowledge and vast experience in the following activities:

  1. Best knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and cost monitoring & control.
  2. Best knowledge and practice in manufacturing company operation.
  3. Capable to review, monitoring, and analyzing company business operations and its performance and provide a regular comprehensive report.
  4. Familiar with company reporting system and preparation, such as key financial & operational report (monthly), budget preparation (yearly), forecast preparation (quarterly), and other important company reports.
  5. Have ability to collect and compile all necessary important data / information from inside and outside the company to produce a comprehensive, accurate, and on-time report to the BoD
  6. Fully familiar with Microsoft system (word, excel, power point) and able to prepare and conduct a presentation comprehensively.
  7. Assist BoD in day-to-day’s administration and secretarial activities, such as arrange meeting schedule, prepare MoM, conduct a proper filing/archiving for all important documents / data / reports.
