Qualifications :

• Minimum Senior High School / Diploma in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, Automotive / D3 Mechanical, Electrical Engineering / Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Heavy Equipment Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mining or machinery industry
• POP and BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certifications
• Able to identify problems, analyze damage data on A2B units or processing units (Coal Crusher, Washing Plant)
• Good leadership and communication with team, coworkers and external parties
• Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 Roster

Job Descriptions :

• Monitoring the repair of damaged units safely and securely according to procedures / standards
• Create a plan to carry out periodic repairs and maintenance so that the condition of production and non-production units is maintained to avoid premature damage that has an impact on production disruption.
• Responsible for routine work such as daily inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all existing units.
• Review maintenance and repair activities carried out to remain in accordance with applicable standards and provide reports on the progress of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure Physical Availability (PA) of units is achieved according to the target through monitoring and analyzing equipment performance
• Develop daily work schedules and determine mechanic assignments to carry out maintenance, repair of equipment and machinery
• Evaluate used spare parts that can be reused when urgent.
