Job Description :

• Always up to date and stay relevant with current trends on social media and beauty
• Plan, write and publish unique and engaging contents in IG Story and Twitter
• Monitor social media analytics as tool to evaluate and continuously improve performance
• Build relationship with customers through actively responding to DM/ comments/ mentions
• Deep understanding of the brand's product knowledge and recommendations, in order to respond the queries accurately

Job Requirements :

• 1+ year experience as Social Media Spesialist/ Copywriter, including relevant internship experiences
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to write in both casual and formal tone
• Loves storytelling type of writing, sharing on social media, and interacting with people
• Customer-oriented, able to handle complaints and resolve problems
• Passion in beauty industry
• Graphic Design/ Content Creating skills are plus points
• WFO in Joglo, Jakarta Barat
