WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives
• Manage the brand's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms as needed
• Create and curate engaging and brand-specific content, including text, images, and videos
• Schedule and publish daily posts and monitor the accounts
• Collaborate with other departments, such as creative, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all social media channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and make recommendations for new tactics and strategies
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future efforts
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Age maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field
• Minimal 1 year experience as social media specialist in agency or marketing company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, features and best practices
• Ability to create and execute a content calender and measure the success of social media campaigns
• Experience with social media management tools
• Knowledge of graphic design, photo & video editing software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to think creatively and come up with engaging content ideas
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in the social media landscape
