Job Description :

• The Human Resource and General Affairs Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) Department, knowledge of Laws, Regulations, and Industrials relationship, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Qualifications :

• For Locals, minimum S1 Degree in Law, and the age range of 35-45 years old.
• Minimum of 10-15 years working experience in HR Department in Garment Industry and should be certified for HR’s Competence.
• A person who has significant experience in heading and directing the operations of the HR Department in a Garment manufacturing environment at Semarang Plant.
• The candidate should have a good knowledge of social compliance requirements of Buyer, local laws, have the capacity to formulate policies, procedures. Further the person should be able to coordinate with government bodies, and other departments in the company, effectively handle industrial relations and organize development and training programs. Person needs to prepare and present reports to the management with a detailed analysis. Ability to communicate in English language is a must.
