Job Description:

1. Conduct needs analysis, formulate and carry out development activities for Distribution & Alternate Insurance Sales business channels to improve the ability of sales to achieve predetermined business targets
2. Ensure that all policies, processes and business decisions are in line with practice typical business and regulatory conduct with ethical conduct and business judgment conducted in the best interest of the company.

Job Requirement :

1. Minimum S1 , any major
2. Maximum 35 years old
3. Minimum 2-years experience in sales / trainer / marketing in Insurance area
4. Minimum 1-year experience as an insurance marketer (preferably telemarketing)
5. Having experiences as Trainer in Insurance Industry is a plus
