Lowongan IT / SAP Support di PT Goautama Sinarbatuah

Responsibilities :

• Provide support to SAP users & IT Operation.

• Performing technical administration roles for various aspects of the IT environment as determined from time to time (e.g. Network administration, Exchange/email administration, SAP problems, Email Application, Application Windows, Hardware, etc).

• Performing monthly maintenance of IT equipments (e.g Printer, UPS, Finger print, Notebook, Computer, CCTV, Internet, PABX, etc).

• Analyze trouble & troubleshoot application

• Assisting of Software & Hardware problems

• Looking for recommendations and specifications of It Equipment as needed by request user

• Analyze SAP incidents raised by users, investigate and provide solutions. 

• Responsible for maintaining data, ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency of data within SAP guidelines.

• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with min GP 3.00 from a well known university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling IT operations (Software & Hardware).

• Experience in computer networking and printer sharing is a must.

• Experience in server program and setting microtik bandwidth is a must.

• Experience in corel draw, photoshop, edit video adobe premier pro or equivalent

• Experience in SAP FICO Module (SAP Functional) or min. 1 full cycle experience in SAP implementation project.      

• Communicative with good communication skill, able to work in team or alone independently.

• Creative, analytical thinking, love learning new things and able to work under pressure.

• Must be willing to travel and has been vaccinated 3x (booster).
