We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Receptionist.
Requirements:
- SMA, Diploma, or Bachelor in any major
- Having good knowledge regarding Hospitality Services & Business Ethics
- Experience in administrative tasks or customer service roles
- Good attitude & excellent communication skill
- Attention to details
- Willing to be located in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that incoming calls are forwarded to the relevant party
- Provide professional hospitality services to visitors to support the improvement of the company's image
- Responsible for company's external correspondence
