PT. Cosmax Indonesia membutuhkan 1 orang Senior Supervisor Mixing Cosmetics (Skin Care , Make Up) / Team Leader Mixing
Qualification :
Role & Responsibility :
Note : The process of selection will be conduct by offline in Ciracas, East Jakarta
Qualification :
- Minimum S1 Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Have working experience as Production Supervisor minimum 3 years or Production Manager minimum 3 years
- Work experience as Production Supervisor/Production Manager from ODM, OEM Cosmetic/Pharmacy/Chemical Manufacturing, especially in the Mixing process
- Preferably experience in supervising also understanding in the Mixing Process of cosmetics product formulation
- Good analytical thinking, problem solver in conflict management
- Having good leadership and able to manage more than 50 employees
- Able to make good report and presentation using Ms. Excell, Ms PPT
- Understanding ISO 9001, CPKB-GMP, ISO 22716, Halal, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Customer requirements standards in production activities
- Willing to work in shifting area in Ciracas, East Jakarta
Role & Responsibility :
- Planning, coordinating, directing, monitoring the whole production
- Manage the production activity to run as planned in Mixing Area
- Training, supporting, give motivation the sub ordinate in order to ensure the quality of theirs work, safety and commitment
- Actively focus to maintain high quality level, on time delivery, high efficiency level
- Ensure production area always ready for customer visit, audit
