Role and Responsibilities : 

- Identify, develop and manage key account 

- Initiate and develop strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants and assist sales if needed

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs

- Resolving client service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services

- Conduct product knowledge presentations, seminars and demonstration

- Gather information on competitor’s latest innovations, products and strategies

- Ensure client satisfaction, including client complain

- Regularly reporting

- Build up relationship with Distributor , Applicators, Contractors and Developers to create brand awareness among project market.

- Compliance with quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations

Experience : 

- 3+ Years as Specifier in Building Material 

- Proven experience as Specifier, minimum 5 years of professional experience at this level with successful track record in related industry.

- Knowledge and experience of specifier commercial approach, trends, processes and procedures.

- Have experience in Building material or paint industrial is a must 

Others : 

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa. 

- Wide Network to Architects and Developers

- Ambitious, target oriented person with excellent capabilities to perform under stress.
