Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that will help us promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The successful candidate will work closely with our teams & client to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
Create and manage content for social media, and other marketing channels
Plan and execute events and trade shows to promote our products and services
Work closely with our sales and product teams to develop and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies
Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies
Manage marketing budgets and ensure that marketing activities are completed on time and within budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and apply them to our marketing strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Having experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or a similar role (<2 years), with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing best practices
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
