Lowongan Legal Manager (FINTECH) di PT Sens Teknologi Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

-Handling of legal & Compliance documents and permits.

-Lead efforts to create and manage company policies to support implementation of regulation.

-Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope.

-Resolve company legal issues both internally and externally.

-Make adjustments to new regulations issued by the government relating to company operations

-Research and prepare legal opinions and advice on the various legal matter.

-Responsible for organizing the company's internal audit, OJK inspection, annual inspection and handling related matters.

-Maintaining relationship with OJK & AFPI.

Job Requirements:

-Fluent in English

-Bachelor's or master's degree in Law (PERADI license)

-Ms. Office Experience

-Having minimum 2 years experience in financial institutions. Fintech p2p experience will be a plus

-Familiar with OJK regulation and compliance

-Has the ability to lead a team

-Able to properly give leadership management advice

-Have good leadership, teamwork skill and communication skill
