Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager for our early-stage digital content platform startup company. The successful candidate will lead our product strategy and roadmap, develop product plans to maximize product impact and revenue growth, and collaborate with development, design, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure product success and market fit. Responsibilities include:

1. Lead the product strategy and roadmap, including the development of new product ideas, features and capabilities.

2. Develop product plans and positioning to maximize product impact and revenue growth.

3. Improve the product, including SEO and marketing.

4. Plan product roadmap and collaborate with development and functional teams

5. Monitor product metrics, present progress and challenges to stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions

6. Integrate user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements

7. Understand markets, competition, and user requirements

8. Collaborate with developers, marketers, finance, operations, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Proficient in data, analytics, metrics, and statistics.

2. In-depth knowledge of the media and technology industry.

3. Ability to think strategically and develop product plans.

4. Ability to make decisions independently and manage complex projects.

5. Knowledge of online and digital marketing tools and techniques.

6. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

8. Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay on top of deadlines.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in any major

2. Language: English Business Level

3. Experience: At least 5 years as a Product Manager with experience in handling Digital Content Platform
