Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Provide an efficient, fast and practical in carry out day to day administration support for Sales Administration support such Inventory Importations and Local procurements, samples, deliveries, inventory, etc.
- Being a “project†leader in assisting day to day activities in supporting sales operational to fulfill customers need and as well as effective Customer Service Oriented. Not only to customers and/or external providers, but also to all the Departments
- To bridge support of Warehouse Team including Hub/CC to maintain an effective service, assistance and help for the Sales Department to achieve the Company’s Goals
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3 in any major
- Has experience as SAP user module SD
- Customer Service Oriented
- Deep understanding on Shipping documents
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systemsÂ
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer care and sales support
- Team player, able to follow instruction and procedure and adaptable
- Good command in English
