Lowongan Product Manager di PT Future Commerce Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, including product definition, positioning, and pricing.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including coding, design, live operation engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and product enhancements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive.
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics, such as customer satisfaction, and use the data to drive product improvements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and oversee ongoing product maintenance and enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure product compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with live operations team to understand their needs and ensure that the company's products are meeting those needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related field.
• Must be proficient in English. Mandarin would be a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Have knowledge about product management tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership skills
