Lowongan HRGA Senior Manager di PT Invens Sukses Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Develop HR strategies such as MPP (ManPower Planning – Quarterly and/or Annually), and manage budgets across the scope of HR (HR Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Development)
• Collaborate with the director to prepare organizational structures, SOP (including company policies and procedures), job descriptions, job functions, soft skills & hard skills competency, KPI for all employees, and employee performance appraisal.
• Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process (from hunting/searching for candidates, selection, and interviews; including onboarding and offboarding employees)
• Have experience in calculating salary, BPJS Health, BPJS Labor, and Pph21 every month.
• Create and control employment contracts, Manage employee databases and candidate databases.
• Having experience in coaching & counseling employees with problems (disciplinary, productivity) and also employee terminations procedure.
• Responsible Solving Internal & External conflicts
• Create Monthly report to BOD
• General Affairs: Manage GA functions to support business activities: such as office management, office supplies purchasing, employee attendance, company assets management, etc. Besides, creating GA SOP and procedures; Managing the budget for monthly purchasing or GA operations.

Qualification:

• Candidates must possess at least S1 majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Law. 
• At least 5 years experience as an HRGA Manager/Senior Manager.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) will be a plus point.
• Deep understanding article no. 11 year 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) and article 13 year 2003 about manpower policy in Indonesia, and HR other supported regulations
• Expert in Recruitment Organization Development, Talent Management
• Demonstrated good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, good work ethics, teamwork, control function, well-organized multitasking, and detail-oriented.
• Good in HR analytics and good knowledge of updated regulation in the Human Resources area & implementation. Can work under pressure and in fast pace working environment.
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
