Key Responsibilities

1. Control Plant operation based on company strategy to achieve the goals of cost optimization, innovation and digitalization.

2. Develop Supply Chain and its implementation to improve the activity with innovations, efficient time and efficient cost for achieving the target.

3. Responsible for efficient inventory management to be reliable in fulfilling Sales & Marketing requirements.

4. Responsible for inventory provision control and reporting to Deputy Seed Operation Director.

5. Responsible for Export Import activity as targeted; quality, quantity, budget and schedule.

6. Working as Strategic team in the company.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Bachelor / master's degree from reputable university majoring in supply chain management/operation/engineering or related major
• Minimum 10 years of experience (expert) in Operational Plant, Supply Chain and Export Import
• Good in strategic thinking and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail and discipline in execution
• Have Creative problem-solving
• High willingness to travel across Indonesia and strong engagement to interact with farmers
• Fluency in English is required
• Ready to work at Purwakarta
