Job Descriptions:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily and weekly reports.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Responsible for chasing payment from overdue invoice from customers.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing , or equivalent plastic engineer background
• Required skill(s): sales, business development, Strategic And Business Planning.
• Must be able to communicate in English and able to speak Mandarin is an value added
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply
• Preferably have own car
• Willing to socialize and networking whenever required
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to join immediately
