Lowongan Online Sales Manager di PT Asteros Sinar Teknologi

We are seeking a creative and strategic Online Sales Manager to lead and manage our company's online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting ads, creating promotional/campaign schedules on marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok and BliBli) and developing marketing ideas for our social media.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and communicate all activities related to digital campaign, promotional activities, customer service, and budget to achieve sales target.
• Plan, execute and manage online advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook Ads, Topads, Tiktok Ads and any other ads.
• Create and manage a promotional campaign for online sales.
• Provide insights on customer shopping trends.
• Develop and execute marketing ideas for social media & marketplace platforms with digital strategic to increase brand awareness and drive conversion to sales
• Analyze and report on the consumer behavior data and the success of online marketing initiatives on weekly/monthly/campaigns.
• Evaluate the brand to a wider loyalty consumer base (community) / more channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement new strategies as appropriate.
• Define and measure KPIs for all aspects of the online sales development.
• Work at Roxy Mas, Monday to Sunday 9.30 AM - 19.30 PM (1 day off each week)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on online sales.
• Strong understanding of online advertising, e-commerce frameworks, and marketing platforms and tools, including Tokopedia Ads, Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ads.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to create and manage a promotional schedule for online sales.
• Ability to develop and execute creative and effective marketing ideas for Instagram content.
• Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, and BliBli.
• Ability to use photoshop.
