SUMMARY:

As part of the logistics team, the Logistics Staff will be involved in daily operation of logistics with main duties including verify, assist the preparation & maintain of import & export documents as well of delivery arrangement both import & export.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main responsibilities:

•        Verify import & export documents.

•        Assist logistics assistant manager in daily operational & administration.

•        Maintain documentation record related to import and export.

•        Regular communication with third-party logistics partners.

•        Maintain database of import and export.

KEY MEASURABLES:

•        Candidate must prove that he/she is a person with ability attention to details. In the field of import & export documentation, “minor discrepancy” in documents is not acceptable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome only for those with experiencing internship programs.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel operating system.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Fast learner, attention to details & able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with English
