JOB SUMMARY:

Manage Business Account Activities

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:

·        Minimum of 5 years on-the-job experience in Plastic Manufacturing/Mold-making Industry

·        Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

·        Speak fluent English (other foreign language is an advantage)

·        Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills

·        A team player as well as Team Leader with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

·        Knowledge in IATF 16949, knowledge of using Microsoft Project, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel

·        Strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs for new business

·        Willing to be located in Batam, Indonesia

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        To liaise with customers for RFQ and obtaining information

·        To drive quotation process for new RFQ from customers

·        To conceptualization, design for tooling and automation for production system for quotation

·        To source for new suppliers for meeting customers’ RFQ needs

·        To study Business Case for all awarded programs

·        To coordinate RFQ activities with functional departments for feasibility study of new awarded program

·        To conduct new program launch briefing/New Program Launch meeting

·        To complete New Program Approval document for project launch

·        To lead new prototype programs for launch

·        To ensure on time delivery requirement of the prototype completion/delivery of parts

·        To establish prototype project plan/schedule and manage budget

·        To liaise with customers for enquiry and follow-up reply

·        To take lead as customer contact window for internal process

·        To up-keep quotation/cost sheet documentation and Reports

·        To drive review for customer specific requirements
