Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Management or Medical/Biotech background

2. Able to speak English both oral and writing

3. Having minimum 4-5 years of experience in health and beauty supplement

4. Able to work independently.

5. Having own vehicle is a plus

6. Proven in sales management.

7.Having good strategic planning skill, communication and negotiation

8.Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment

Job Responsibilities:

1. To prospect new customers and market opportunities, monitor competitive activities, and position the company to capitalize on all options.
2. To research the country's supplement landscape and develop a strategic business plan.
3. To execute the approved business plan base on the market requirement and sentiment.
4. To put in place OKRs and KPIs to measure against the business plan.
5. To achieve set revenue goals, profit, and market share.
6. To work with Principal to develop marketing and brand awareness strategy to create brand consistent.
7. To run marketing campaign maximizing sales target and develop new business and products for the domestic market.
8. To leverage existing product lines and develop new product lines if required to complement existing business to create a new revenue stream.
9. To identify areas of growth in the following sectors.

a.    Health Supplement

b.     Medicine, Medical equipment

c.     Skincare

10 To report Business Development Progress Daily, Weekly and Monthly to President Director and Principal

11 To Increase communication and coordination between company and Principal

12 To liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and other related party.

13 To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
