Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company by driving sales, building client relationships, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively seek out potential buyers and sellers to expand the company's clientele base.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with past clients.

- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including preparing contracts, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

- Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and revenue projections for management review.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative.

- Comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and current industry trends.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.

- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office suite.

- Proficient in English.

- Multi-language is a plus.

- Working Permits will be provided for the foreign worker.
