Lowongan Sales Admin Mandarin Staff (Mandarin Speaker) di PT Masuk Sukses Pertama

Daily Tasks:

• Responsible for the conducting of the procedures and systems;
• Handle administrative work according to the needs;
• Ensuring SOP in being conducted in well manner;
• Handle Sales Document;
• Responsible for sales (communicate with customers);
• Coordinate with customers and sales to ensure that the sales orders have been delivered on schedule;
• Communicate& Coordinates with Costumer;
• Optimize supply chain by communicating with the warehouse for deliveries;
• Handle Account Receivable;
• Handle Account Payable;
• Create sales order document for internal system;
• Make daily reports for sales and Outstanding Sales Order and invoice;
• Perform administrative works and other duties as assigned by Manager/Owner;
• Keep high confidentiality of all company data/ information, as part of Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old;
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Economic or similar);
• FLUENT IN MANDARIN IS A MUST (spoken and written);
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Familiar with export import and Local;
• Good in Microsoft Office, Google Sheet, Google Doc.;
• Preferably well-organized, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with good interpersonal skill;
• Smart, able to work in fast-paced, Able to prioritize work, manage time efficiently, multi-faceted structured environment;
• Have strong active learning ability;
• Strict attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills;
• Able to join ASAP;
• Work place: Mega Kuningan Jakarta Selatan.
