Intertek SAI Global, a global Risk Management Services provider as subsidiary of Intertek, Plc, is looking to recruit amazing talents to fill the prestigious position of Food Safety Auditor, based in Jakarta area, to conduct third party food audits (FSSC, ISO 22000, HACCP) to client specifications on a permanent basis. As a Food Auditor, you will be required to plan and conduct professional food safety audits that meet customer requirements. For this opportunity, we are looking for candidates who have auditing experience across a number of second- or third-party audit areas.

Due to the client facing nature of the role, excellent customer service and communication skills are required as you will be responsible for representing SAI Global.

(Location - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• To plan and complete Food Safety audits in a timely and effective manner, employing the relevant risk assessment standards, and according to the relevant standards
• Maintaining audit process rigor and technical integrity, in order to meet accreditation requirements, as well as internal and external  expectations
• To apply knowledge of business improvement techniques, both internally and when auditing client organizations
• Project managing multi-site activities as needed and/or as applicable
• Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client management needs

Requirements:

• Has completed appropriate post-secondary education that includes courses in the food chain category, general microbiology and chemistry, e.g. bachelor decree in food technology, food processing, nutrition or chemical
• Hold LAT (Lead Auditor Training) ISO 9001/22000/ /FSCC 22000 Certificate
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the food (retail) industry
• Having the experience as thirdparty auditor in food safety is preferable
• Good knowledge of food safety management system fundamental and audit procedures
• Familiar in current knowledge of standards, regulations, codes of practice and industry technical requirements
• Good report writing and communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Highly organized and able to work with a tight schedule
• Willing to travel for audit assignments
• Employs effective audit questioning and listening techniques.
• Language        : Indonesia, English most preferable
