Qualification :

• Minimum S1 graduate of Planology/ Urban and Regional Planning Study Program or Master graduate of Urban Planning/ Urban Design Program
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Urban and Regional Planning/Urban Planning/Urban Design projects
• Proficient in using AutoCAD
• Very good writing and verbal communication skills (for preparing design reports/ presentations in Indonesian & English)
• Preferably fluent in English

Job Description :

• Formulate a visioning concept for the development of an urban/regional area (such as Industrial Areas, Residential Areas, Smart City, Port Areas, Tourist Areas, Transit Oriented Destination Areas, etc.)
• Carrying out studies/research related to the thematic concepts of an urban/regional area that will be developed
• Carry out survey activities, collect data and coordinate with stakeholders regarding planning data needs
• Conduct literature studies on regulations, guidelines and technical standards related to urban/regional development plans
• Analyzing infrastructure and social/fassum needs in preparing urban/regional development plans
• Calculating the proportion of land requirements/spatial structure of the urban/regional development plan
• Prepare site plan/block plan/master plan drawings
• Formulate strategy and stages of development
