FINANCE ACCOUNTING STAFF

Penempatan: Kalideres, Jakarta Barat

• Candidate must possess at least D3 degree in Accounting/Finance/ Management Major
• At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting
• Strong knowledge in General Accounting
• Maximum age 35 years
• Experience in Import Administration matter will be an advantage
• Able to correspond in english via email/wa with business partner abroad effectively
• Willing to learn and have a initiative and honest person
• Attention to detail is a must, loyal and able to work overtime
• Have a passion in accounting and import field
• Available to work immediately

Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory control & stock opname
• Able to handle DO preparation, invoicing and its collection
• Handling import/local purchase requisition & prepare purchase order
• Handling Import administration matter and correspond with PPJK and supplier abroad
• Able to handle other office general administration effectively and efficiently
