Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of our fine dining establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch service, and providing guests with memorable dining experiences. This position requires a 90% focus on operational work and a 10% emphasis on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service quality.

2. Foster a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, and teamwork among the restaurant staff.

3. Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional service and consistency.

4. Maintain a deep understanding of food and beverage offerings, including wine and bar knowledge.

5. Handle guest feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

6. Collaborate with the executive chef to create and refine menu offerings.

7. Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fine dining establishment.

2. Must be able to speak English fluently

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent food, wine, and bar knowledge.

5. Charismatic personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

6. Proficiency in managing restaurant operations and personnel.
