JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience as Hair Educator minimum 3 years
• Proven experience as a hairstylist, haircare expert, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of haircare products, styling techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Highly organized with the ability to develop and manage training programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical skills to assess training program effectiveness
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel within the designated area(s)
