# Deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast of business and reports.

Required qualification:

# Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

# Proven success track record as office interior design and construction industry sales.

# Having minimum 5 years experience as Office Interior Sales in Office Interior Design industry.

# Strong customer relationship management skill; ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

# Acknowledge interior design products, as well as the broader construction industry and market trends.

# Excellent communication skill both verbal and written.

# Fluent in English both verbal and written.

# Able to effectively communicate technical information to both customer and internal team.

# Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.

# Able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other Department and all other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and closing sales.

# Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs, willing to learn and adapt to new products, material, design, trends and features.

# Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
