IT Infrastructure Assistance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing IT infrastructure operations, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and data centers
•  Ensuring the security and integrity of IT infrastructure systems and data through appropriate measures and protocols.
• ·Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to optimize infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
• ·Managing and administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• ·Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure services and solutions.
•  Budgeting and cost management for infrastructure projects and ongoing operations.
•  Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Designing and implementing scalable and cost-effective solutions using AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of AWS infrastructure through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaborating with development teams to architect and deploy applications on AWS, following best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.
•  Implementing and maintaining backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for AWS resources

Qualifications

• ·Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• ·Having minimum 3 years experience in the same field area
• Solid background with concept in TCP/IP and communication protocols, include CISCO IP PHONE
• ·in-depth knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices.
•  Proficiency in AWS management tools, such as AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of AWS monitoring and logging services, such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.
•  Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• ·Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts in Microsoft 365, including Azure Active Directory (AAD), SSO, and multi-factor authentication.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in Microsoft 365, including data protection, retention policies, and eDiscovery.
•  Experience in Server Operating System (Windows/Unix/Linux)
