Job Description:

• Responsible to indentify business requirements.
• Create detailed planning for digital product project.
• Provide solutions that expedite project delivery.
• Being part of business analysts team that expected to provide support and share knowledge.
• Giving recommendation for improvements and solutions of product optimization.
• Having project management skills, which is responsible for the entire project for the success of system development.
• Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a business analyst in software/product development projects, especially in the banking industry (e-channel/wholesale banking)
• experienced handle mobile banking/internet banking
• Good technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies.
• Strong concepts related to Project and Program Management.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including applying a digital understanding to the work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships

After passing the interview :

• Probation. Akhdani's learning process is to ensure suitability of work capacity, adaptation, learning ability and cultural compatibility to work at Akhdani. The duration of probation was 3 months. During probation, employees receive 80% of the agreed monthly salary.
• Offering Contract. Those who pass probation will be offered as permanent employees or contract employees on a time basis, depending on the results of the evaluation of the probation period.
