• Minimum bachelor degree / equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
• Minimum 20 years, maximum 25 years old
• Available to join anytime
• Ready to do overtime
• Ready to shifting schedule
• Fluent in English (both speaking & writing), can speak Japanese will be a plus (not a must)
• Can work in team
• Excellent computer skill (especially Ms. Excel)
• Can work under pressure, good communication, kind, diligent, active, high integrity and responsible.

Responsibility :

• Make delivery order & loading request
• Revisi delivery order
• Submit delivery order to logistic
• Daily report outbound (compare)
• Daily report delivery (email)
• Input outbound data
• Scan & filling delivery other
• Control document delivery
• Make data PPC meeting (based on schedule)
• Production patrol before stock taking (based on schedule)
• Stock taking member (based on schedule)
