Finance Intern will assist Finance staff in receiving, checking, and filling all documents related to Accounts Payable and Tax slips from the Purchase department, Payment Transfer Slips from the Treasury, scanning and filling the Tax slip and Stock Check documents, and coordinating to ensure the completeness of the documents. Assist in the preparation of External and Internal Audits.

Job Description

• Receive invoices from a supplier, stamp date receive, check document's completeness (PO, Tax invoice, DO, QC, Item Receiving slip)
• Separating invoice documents which one needs to be verified first by the tax dept which one document can be processed by AP staff directly
• Separating PO & non-PO invoices and sorting invoices based on due date invoices
• Checking loading & unloading outsourced invoices in our warehouse and splitting between Livestock & Bird Feed
• Print Payment voucher & payment slip to be attached to paid invoice
• Filling the Paid invoice
• Compile the documents that need to be paid (Bank Account number & Amount)
• Send back the incomplete documents that have been received to the user and record them in the flow documents file. Then follow up with the user if the document is not complete
• Filling Petty Cash & Bank reconciliation documents
• Listing Sales Operational and Travelling Expenses, Checking & review monthly sales claim documents with G-drive data, and following up with sales if there's a mismatch between Gdrive data and the documents
• Assist in documents for the Audit requirement

Job Requirements

• Maximum 25 years old
• Min. D3 in Accounting / Economy
• Computer Literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word) and Google Workspace would be an advantage
• Willing to commit for 1 year internship program would be a plus
