FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or Master degree major in Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have experience as Auditor External is an advantage
• Have experience in IFCA System is an advantage
• Have experience as Property Building Management is an advantage
• Strong understanding on journal, Reporting, and financial statement knowledge is a must
• Have an understanding in local tax regulation (Income Tax and Value Added Tax)
• Able to work with all level managements
• Able to work under pressure, fast learner
• Good analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, problem solving, good communication skill and capable to work independency
• Have high responsibility, commitment, loyalty and discipline in work
• Advance to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Description:

• Preparing Financial report monthly and yearly
• Review and reconcile all account in Financial Statement
• Follow-up all daily activity to prepare Monthly Closing timely
• Checking all Vendor Invoice & supporting document
• Watching over the use of budget continuously and conveying it to the Chief of Finance & Administration if in reality there are over limit purchases.
• Prepare payment documents
• Preparing Tenant invoice & follow up payment from Tenant
• Preparing withholding tax, VAT & reporting
• Update & implement new tax regulation
• Liaison with external auditor
• BKPM report. Submit LKPM through OSS (Quarterly)
• Control & supervise Finance work & IFCA support work
