PT Prisma Harapan is seeking business analyst who is ready to apply their knowledge of business practices. A business analyst will assist in writing reports, conducting research, and making recommendation to improve effectiveness and efficiency in business, financial and operation systems in support of core functions. This eventually will familiarize you to have consultation and communication skill in which be needed in the process of identification, priority scale and configuration to help maximize the benefit of project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate structure, internal and external business process, and technology needs in the organization
• Collaborate with team member, stakeholders, or every end user in other division to make business/product requirement by understanding their conditions and goals
• Assist on planning and design business process improvement recommendation or alternative about potential problem in a system or process flow
• Assist in developing workflow charts and creatively design mockup
• Assist in coordinating tech development and system development lifecycle including testing, end-user review for each system update and post-implementation support, such as: providing orientation / training to end-users for all modification of updates and new systems

Requirements

• At least S1/Bachelor’s degree in technology/management/business administration or related major.
• At least 1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst
• A highly initiative and team player
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing document
• Practical knowledge in creating BRD, and not limited to FSD in which process analysis, design, implementation is recorded.
• Skills in applying methodologies such as qualification in six sigma, risk management and business process reengineering is a plus point
• Ability to analyse comprehensive data using ETL technique is a plus point
• Exposure with user experience, IT network (cloud computing) and system development is a plus point
