Requirements :

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or similar 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Mandarin will be a plus 
• Have a good experience in large-scale production and support system operations for over 2+ years (preferably coming from Fintech/Banking/Insurance industry)
• Must have system support and infrastructure operation background (Service desk, Server, data center, computer networking) 
• Experienced with various production/operation systems and technologies 
• Have experience in hiring and managing a team of operation specialists 
• The candidate would be a commercially astute professional with the ability to balance control, governance and business needs. 
• He/she will also be able to understand and evaluate the key value drivers of the businesses and overall organization. 
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
• High Ownership, leadership, and initiative to ensure operation of production and support systems

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspect of the application support, office and application infrastructure operation 
• Manage cross-functional specialist team members in engineering including IT Support, Application Engineer, IT Infrastructure, and DevOps Engineer. Be responsible for tasks assignments and progress management for the specialist/engineering team 
• Overall responsibility for operation of production and support systems and rollout of any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements, or new integration requirements. 
• Participate in the requirements analysis and function design of key technical infrastructure and support systems, and be responsible for the integrity and stability of the system. 
• To guide and support, train and lead core team members to troubleshoot and solve problems whenever needed. 
• Ensure 24/7 availability and SLA of the service and communication response to user 
• Set goals and objectives for operation team, based on company business objectives 
• Train and development team members in the IT function to ensure a high level of professionalism in meeting the desired performance standards and functional objectives. 
• Ensure customer/business user satisfaction with tight SLA 
• Maintain/manage multiple vendor including but not limited to network ISP, software, hardware vendors 
• Working closely with development team to ensure smoothness of development and operation transitions
