Qualification:
- Max age of 40 years old
- Good understanding of calculating Withholding Tax art. 21 with Net, Gross and Gross up salary methods.
- Able to use English proficiently (both written and spoken).
- Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point).
- Have strategic leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good discipline, commitment, response, trustworthy, good manner, attitude and integrity is a must.
- Ability to work well in team and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Maintain an appropriate working environment with good condition
Job Description :
- Manage employment life cycle, including but not limited to keeping proper database, performance management, compensation & benefit management (inclusive of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and any other relevant benefits).
- Manage payroll and compensation benefits.
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the HR Department.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees
- Resolving industrial relations issues, including representing the company to court
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Working closely with management to aligning business objectives with employees and act as a reliable partner on human capital issues.
- Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and knowledge
- Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed
- Talent Acquisition, People development, training, organization structure review, onboarding, and assessment.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Ensure SOP runs well in each division
- Maintain and responsible for management permits & legal of company related to assets & legal documents.
