Qualification:

  1. Max age of 40 years old 
  2. Good understanding of calculating Withholding Tax art. 21 with Net, Gross and Gross up salary methods. 
  3. Able to use English proficiently (both written and spoken). 
  4. Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point). 
  5. Have strategic leadership and interpersonal skills. 
  6. Have a good discipline, commitment, response, trustworthy, good manner, attitude and integrity is a must. 
  7. Ability to work well in team and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organization. 
  8. Maintain an appropriate working environment with good condition

Job Description :

  1. Manage employment life cycle, including but not limited to keeping proper database, performance management, compensation & benefit management (inclusive of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and any other relevant benefits). 
  2. Manage payroll and compensation benefits.
  3. Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the HR Department. 
  4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 
  5. Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees 
  6. Resolving industrial relations issues, including representing the company to court 
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 
  8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs 
  9. Working closely with management to aligning business objectives with employees and act as a reliable partner on human capital issues. 
  10. Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and knowledge 
  11. Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed 
  12. Talent Acquisition, People development, training, organization structure review, onboarding, and assessment. 
  13. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department 
  14. Ensure SOP runs well in each division 
  15. Maintain and responsible for management permits & legal of company related to assets & legal documents.
