Makmur Elok Graha (MEG) is developing mixed-use property and now looking for Estate Management Officer with qualification and job details below:

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working in similar position in Property / Real Estate company.
• Preferably someone who used to handle residential, commercial, industrial area, etc.
• Able to speak Mandarin would be advantage
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable on estate management & property management including project controls, risk management (including HSE), schedule and cost control.
• Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity including excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiar with industry practices and regulations are required.

Job Details:

• Creating Estate Regulations in mixed-use area
• Implementing Estate Regulations in every area so that the Management of the Area complies with the applicable regulations.
• Handling problems in the field in accordance with the Estate Regulations
• Manage and implement the area's public facilities
• Checking the maintenance and cleanliness of public spaces and public facilities in the area
• Maintenance of area infrastructure and utilities
• Coordination with external parties related to area management
• Perform Management Fee calculations and the area Management budget
• Placement in Jakarta & Batam
