Job Description:

• Responsible for employee attendance data collection
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed.
• Provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective payroll report
• Prepare, calculate, and make employee salary report along with PPh 21
• Validate payroll and tax reports to ensure all payroll-related data
• Monitor payroll procedure to ensure payroll cycle processing is timely
• Work collaboratively with superior and team for payroll and benefit data

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma majoring Management, Accountancy, or any related field
• Minimum 3 year experience in similar role
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Have knowledge and understand about Accounting, Payroll, PPh 21 and Tax
• Fast learning and adaptable
• Dicipline, thorough, and responsible
• Effective oral and written communications skills in English
