JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Partners with Managements to plan, analyze and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure

2) Coordinates recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt openings; initiates and coordinates recruitment ads; reviews applications/resumes

3) Provides input to managers in regard to potential enhancements to current personnel practices; assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals

4) Develop training programs for employees and analyze training evaluation in conjunction with department manager; training implementation must comply with OJK regulation

5) Manage attendance of employees, annual leave, employees records/database

6) Manage payroll and make sure salary payment is on time as scheduled

7) Perform employee performance evaluation and working closely 

8) Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and database and ensure all employment requirements are met

9) Manage employee engagements, eg : annual gathering, year end gathering

10) Ensure BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and Private Health Insurance for employees are performed as company regulation

11) Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with labor law

12) Create compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and company salary structure 

13) Ensure all company human resources procedures are applied consistently 

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Age between 40 – 45 years

2) More than 10 years of human resources experience, and minimum 7 years in managerial level in financial institutions

3) Must be self-starter, dynamic, with a “can-do attitude” and excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally

4) Strong communication skills, including presentation skills

5) Strong knowledge of human resources system and labor law

6) Understand payroll and income tax art 21

7) Hands-on experience with HRIS (Talenta would be an advantage)

8) Fluent in English
