Lowongan Japanese Interpreter di PT Bamboo Lab Architect

Job Descriptions:

• Support CEO and other Japanese staffs with Interpreting and Translating on both offline and online meetings with internal affairs and external clients or other third parties.
• Taking Minutes of Meetings that accurately describe and effectively communicate the final decisions of meeting and making sure action items are well implemented
• Translate documents from Japanese to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa if needed
• Daily update to CEO on project progress and internal affairs
• Accompany CEO to construction site visit and provide spontaneous Japanese/English/Indonesian interpreting if needed
• Contact and maintain good relationships with external clients, legal team, vendors and consultants
• Treat sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
• Coordinate with other division of the company that need to be in contact or advise the CEO
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Japanese Language Certificate minimum N-3
• Fluent in conversational English
• Have minimum 2 year of working experience as Japanese interpreter
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Resourceful and able to advise important events and matter vital to company
• Perform well in fast pace work environment
• Loyal, trustworthy, and possess hospitable personality.
• Willing to be positioned in Kuta, Lombok
