Lowongan LCL Ocean Import Documentation di PT Shipco Transport Indonesia

Job Purpose

Ensure import document i.e. manifest is done accurately and in timely manner and perform good communication with both local and international customer and vendor in order to provide high level service to our customer

Responsibility:

1. Sending draft import manifest to consignees / customer and submitting to carrier
2. Work together with the LCL Import Ocean CS Team Leader to create arrival notices and invoices
3. Releasing delivery orders (D/O) to consignees
4. Organizing and record the physical job file
5. Providing copies of all invoices to supervisor
6. Create Customer codes and invoice
7. Assist your superior as required

Formal Education

Bachelor Degree majoring in Ocean Management Transportation

Working Experience

Min 2 years experience as import documentation

Knowledge and skills:

1. Must demonstrate attention to detail to accommodate customer’s requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.
2. Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, accounts.
3. Require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
4. Able to work in a fast paced environment 

Competencies:

1. Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills.

2. English business writing and speak English fluently
