Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will oversee all human resources functions to ensure they are aligned with company goals and provide advice to senior business leaders. The incumbent will be responsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates of our workforce. This includes inculcating training programs, developing healthy employee relations, and maximizing employee productivity. The HRBP will act as a change agent. This role works collaboratively with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefit, and industrial relations & employee relations. An ideal candidate needs to have at least 5 years of experience as HRBP/Senior HR Services Manager. This position will be reporting to HR Director.

1.    Talent Acquisition

  • Develop a solid HR strategic plan for talent acquisition as well as implement the effective sourcing methods both internal and external sources
  • Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process and reports
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Recommend ways to improve the company branding program

2.    Talent Development

  • Partner with department managers to assess developmental needs associated with company succession planning and talent review processes
  • Ensure effective communication, analysis and the development of actions to improve employee engagement across the organization
  • Ensure individual development plans are meaningful and realistic
  • Design, develop and deliver key Learning & development interventions that build organizational capability to drive sustainable growth
  • Ensure flawless execution of new joiners onboarding program

3.    Compensation & Benefit

  • Identify the compensation and benefit strategy and establish system to build up a highly engaged and performance-based organization
  • Conduct complex analysis to evaluate cost effectiveness and provide insights for organizational decision-making regarding HR
  • Develop compensation & benefits programs and lead solid implementation, and provide guidance to segments through implementation of the programs
  • Act as an expert and partner with remuneration data providers to provide advices on appropriate market benchmark, and to analyze market data to sustain companys competitiveness in each local labor market

4.    Industrial Relations & Employee Relations

  • Dealing and communicating with Unions
  • Manage employee related issue and industrial relation issue across two plants
  • Partnering with Top Managements to communicate, negotiate and bring solutions toward industrial relations conflicts
  • Design, plans and implement Industrial Relation (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) programs
  • Up to date with government and legislative regulation and promoting changes on HR processes & procedures
  • Develop strategies to prevent labor disputes and avoid any recurrence to maintain productive and harmony on work environment
