Lowongan GENERAL ACCOUNTING di PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera

This position will manage account for the company business performance, insure assets and monitor assets.

JOB SCOPE :

Lead reporting process for BKMS to ensure high quality & timely reports.

• Drive the preparation, review, and finalization of consolidated external reports.
• Coordinate with external auditor to prepare company audited financial statements.

Ensure accurate end-of-month G/L.

• Manage chart of account.
• Perform end-of-month G/L closing.
• Analyze performance and provide meaningful report & suggestion for improving performance.

Manage operation of insurance.

• Ensure all assets & liabilities are reasonably insured and in cost-effective manner.
• Safeguard all insurance certificates.
• Perform end-to-end insurance claim activities until claim is realized.

Record and monitor fixed asset and inventory.

• Monitor assets transfer & disposal activities and requisition proposed.
• Monitor assets utilization.
• Review assets physical condition and analyze remaining useful life of assets.
• Conduct physical observation on fixed assets, regular stock opname for inventory and ensure any discrepancies are investigated and accounted properly (including unused and damaged items).

Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• At least 7 years experience in General Ledger, record and monitor fixed assets and inventory
• Familiar with Accounting ERP System
• Mastering in accounting report
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
