Job Responsibilities:

• Able to perform bookkeeping and basic accounting
• Create and maintain customer spreadsheets (zenwel web based)
• Perform clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
• Perform invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments, especially accounting department
• Verify claims and process orders
• Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets (Zenwel web based apps)
• Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings (Main Task to replying and also give the feedback for the incoming messages)
• Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a 3 yrs experience in the related job fields , or equivalent in a related field
• High School Diploma minimum, bachelor degree preferred
• Must have spoken and written Bahasa, English is a plus point minimum for spoken
• Must have experience with customer relationship and have the persuasive ability and knowledge
• Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
