Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

B2C focused sales towards Users and providing service level as required by Companys target market (leads processing, canvassing, product consultation, closing)
Identify/ source new opportunities for sales through targeted outbound leads.
Track leads progress in CRM format, reporting and maintaining progress log on the sales pipeline to Management
Direct Report to Sales Head
Contribute team effort to marketing and sales events
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product feedback to Management
Proactively builds effective working relationships and decision making between customers and management

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree or D3
Documents Required: CV, Copy of Degree, Personal ID
Position Availability: 3 positions available, 1 year contract, re-negotiable upon end of contract, 3 months probation period.
2+ years minimum of sales consulting or product sales experience, with demonstrable sales target achievement in previous position(s).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eligible candidates must possess presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skill across all levels.
Highly motivated to reach company goals both in individual and team KPIs.

Base Salary target Rp. 5-8 Mio based on candidate experience + Performance-based incentive (avg. additional Rp. 15 Mio/month)
