We are looking for :

2. HRD Supervisor Placement Jakarta, Pantai Indah Kapuk

Responsibilities:

• Industrial relation (Diciplinary, Employee Relation)
• Responsible to execute monthly payroll management, employee income tax, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJamsostek , and related services
• Monitor and ensure all payroll management processes are according to the policy and procedure

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law / Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same position and level
• Having deep knowledge about Indonesia Labour Law including the UU Cipta Kerja
• Have knowledge about Payroll, SIPP, EDABU, e-Spt, and DJP filing.
• Well-organized, decisive, has strong problem-solving skills, assertive, honest, has high level of integrity, attention to detail
• Willing to be placed in Morowali or Jakarta (Morowali Rooster 3 Month on site and 12 days off)
